• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand clients' substance abuse history and underlying mental health challenges.
• Design and develop personalized treatment plans that address both addiction issues and co-occurring disorders, ensuring the relevance and effectiveness of proposed interventions.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to enhance client engagement and recovery outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members, including psychiatrists, nurses, and peer support specialists, to coordinate integrated care for clients.
• Educate and support clients’ families, creating a network of care that encourages involvement in the recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records following healthcare regulations, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.

• A valid and active license in one of the following: LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, or LSCSW.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in addiction counseling, with a solid understanding of evidence-based practices related to substance abuse treatment.
• Strong therapeutic relationships skills, with proven ability to motivate and inspire clients toward change.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

• Experience working in a substance abuse treatment setting or mental health clinic, particularly in remote care delivery.
• Familiarity with integrated treatment models and best practices for addressing concurrent disorders.
• Prior involvement in program development or community outreach related to addiction recovery.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on your experience and credentials.
