• Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate clients' needs and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to meet the unique circumstances and goals of each client.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychologists and medical personnel, to develop integrated care plans that address both mental health and physical health considerations.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in accessing necessary community resources, support services, and programs.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to ensure continuity of care and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving patient care.

In this role, you will primarily work with older adults, tackling complex emotional and psychological challenges such as depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders. Your ability to connect with and motivate this demographic is critical in fostering a supportive and healing environment. You will play an essential role in helping clients achieve better mental health through tailored interventions and community engagement.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in Virginia.
• Demonstrated experience working with older adults, particularly in a mental health or primary care setting.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, along with a deep understanding of therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional communication skills, fostering effective collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and excel in a remote team environment.

• 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Experience working within a school-based setting or with educational institutions.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
• A solid grounding in evidence-based therapies and interventions.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
