About the Role:

As a Captain at Bordelon Marine, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of our vessels. You will be expected to lead and manage a team of crew members, ensuring that all operations are carried out in compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all voyages are completed safely and on time. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and to act as a role model for your team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • USCG Master's License
  • 5+ years of experience as a Captain or similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the offshore oil and gas industry
  • Experience with DP vessels
  • Experience with vessel maintenance and repair
