This LCSW position allows for remote work, contributing to an inclusive work environment that values employee well-being and flexibility. We offer various flexible scheduling options, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between the hours of 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. • Provide therapeutic services through psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, couples, and families facing emotional challenges.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and interviews to gather relevant personal, social, and health data essential for treatment planning.
• Evaluate and design tailored treatment interventions addressing clients' mental health concerns within the defined scope of practice.
• Coordinate programs and activities that cater to the social and emotional well-being of your clients, enhancing their coping strategies and skills.
• Facilitate cases focusing on cognitive, affective, and behavioral health challenges, offering crisis intervention and appropriate community referrals.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship based on respect and acceptance.
• Document case updates and treatment progress in compliance with established protocols to ensure accurate client records.
• Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of treatment services, making necessary adjustments to care plans based on client feedback.
• Maintain a manageable caseload and ensure timely updates to documentation reflecting all facets of client interactions and treatment.
• Be open to performing additional duties as required to support team objectives and enhance the overall quality of services provided.

Your clinical expertise will be vital in supporting a diverse client population grappling with issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, grief, and life transitions. By delivering empathetic, evidence-based treatment, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their paths toward recovery and emotional stability.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada is a mandatory requirement.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in clinical social work, providing treatment in mental health settings.

• Prior clinical experience focusing on behavioral health challenges such as depression, mood disorders, family dynamics, and substance-related issues.
• Demonstrated skills in providing therapy for various populations, including adults, adolescents, and families dealing with complex psychological issues.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skills.
