Utilizing HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms and cloud-based electronic health records (EHR), you will have the resources necessary to manage your patients’ needs effortlessly while focusing on delivering exceptional care.

• Utilize a client-centered approach in conducting individual, family, and group counseling sessions to identify and address a range of issues including mental health conditions, trauma, and dual diagnoses.
• Manage all aspects of client treatment during sessions with clear documentation and adherence to insurance compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals.
• Leverage cloud-based EHR systems to maintain accurate and secure patient records.
• Provide continuous support and follow-up care to ensure positive client outcomes.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to care strategies that enhance the overall effectiveness of service delivery.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse population of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families grappling with various mental health challenges. Your therapeutic interventions will not only focus on immediate issues but will also aim to empower clients by equipping them with management tools for lifelong mental wellness.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling is required.
• Proficient in using technology, including reliable access to a laptop or desktop computer, a stable internet connection, and a webcam for virtual client interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.

• Experience using teletherapy platforms and cloud-based EHR systems.
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate client schedules.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with education, experience, and specialization. Alongside competitive pay, we offer a full benefits package that includes:
