• Conduct thorough assessments and provide individual, couple, and family therapy tailored to clients' emotional and psychological needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize your expertise to facilitate family therapy sessions that promote open communication and understanding among family members.

• Guide clients through challenges, such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their mental health.

• Document therapy sessions accurately and maintain confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to stay current with clinical best practices and contribute to a culture of growth and learning.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families grappling with various mental health challenges. • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Social Work (MSW), or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting, demonstrating your capacity for clinical practice.

• Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and systems theory.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, ensuring a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Experience working with diverse cultural populations, providing culturally competent care that addresses varying needs and backgrounds.

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology to deliver remote sessions effectively.

• Additional certifications in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care or couples therapy are a plus.
