Conscious Growths is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our expanding team in Glendale, Arizona. Work Environment

This position allows for a flexible remote work schedule, empowering our clinicians to manage their caseloads effectively while promoting a healthy work-life balance. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, offering you the autonomy to design your work hours within that framework. With in-house credentialing and the management of insurance participation, our administrative support team ensures that you can focus on what matters most—your clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to establish a thorough understanding of their needs and outline appropriate interventions.
• Conduct initial assessments and triage care effectively, ensuring that patients receive the support they need in a timely manner.
• Engage in regular coordination with fellow staff members through documentation and meetings to ensure continuity of care, actively participating in patient rounds and collaborative treatment planning.
• Demonstrate proficiency in addressing the multifaceted psychological, educational, social, and safety needs of patients across a lifespan, utilizing a person-centered approach.
• Provide ongoing case management for an assigned patient group, engaging in consultations and collaborations with other mental health and community professionals to maximize care effectiveness.
• Ensure the ethical and timely completion of patient documentation in accordance with clinic policies and relevant regulations.
• Implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities to assist patients in reaching their therapeutic goals, utilizing individualized service plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The counselor will work with a diverse population, including individuals and families from varied backgrounds experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role emphasizes inclusivity and responsiveness to the unique cultural, emotional, and psychological needs of each client.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid mental health license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Arizona.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings and familiarity with diverse treatment modalities.
• Knowledge and proficiency in delivering CBT and other evidence-based practices.
• Demonstrated experience in case management and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
