3D Artist: Aviation Architecture & Visualization

Are you a master of 3D modeling with a keen eye for architectural detail and a deep fascination with aviation? We are looking for a visionary 3D Artist to join our team, helping us bridge the gap between technical precision and high-end architectural visualization. If you have a proven track record in ArchViz, a deep familiarity with 3Ds Max and Vray, and a genuine interest in the aviation industry, we want to hear from you. This is an opportunity to transform complex architectural concepts into stunning, realistic visual experiences from the comfort of your remote workspace


This position is hybrid or remote, depending on the applicant's location. This position is specifically open only to candidates based in the USA.


Requirements

Experience in ArchViz: Demonstrated proficiency in creating high-quality architectural visualizations. Able to create and edit 3D models based on architectural plans, specifications, or reference images. Showcase your portfolio highlighting your expertise in creating realistic and visually stunning renders. Past experience in CGi animations a plus.

Passion for Aviation: An enthusiasm and past experience for aviation and an understanding of its design principles, industry terms, etc will be a significant advantage.

Remote Work: Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely while adhering to deadlines and maintaining effective communication with the Team.

USA-Based: Candidates must be based in the United States and available to work within US time zones.

5+ Years Experience with 3Ds Max & Vray: Extensive hands-on experience in 3Ds Max and Vray, with a strong understanding of lighting, and texturing.

Hourly Rates: Compensation will be based on experience and expertise. Please provide your asking hourly rate. This must be a fixed number, not a range. Keep in mind, due to the contractor position, you must submit compensation requirements as an hourly rate, not annual salary.

NDA Contract: Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to ensure client confidentiality and intellectual property protection.

Gmail Account: Possession of a Gmail account for seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Ability to manage one or two projects, priorities, and workload effectively to meet all schedules and deadlines.
  • Experience/understanding of architectural drawings and construction drawings.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a related field.
