Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students, employing evidence-based tools to determine individualized needs.
  • Develop and execute tailored treatment plans addressing emotional health, behavioral challenges, and integration within the educational setting.
  • Facilitate individual therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducation sessions to support students in acquiring coping strategies and emotional regulation skills.
  • Collaborate with other professionals including special educators, speech therapists, and occupational therapists to create cohesive care strategies.
  • Provide crisis intervention and develop support strategies during mental health emergencies.
