This remote therapist position enables you to operate from the comfort of your own designated office space. • Deliver high-quality virtual counseling sessions tailored to the therapeutic needs of a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans within our electronic health records system.
• Utilize clinical judgment to make thoughtful referrals when necessary, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as part of an integrated care model.
• Facilitate therapeutic techniques based on evidence-based modalities, adapting approaches to meet individual client needs.
• Engage in ongoing self-care practices and professional development, setting healthy boundaries to sustain both personal well-being and professional effectiveness.

Your client focus will encompass a wide range of demographics and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and life transitions. At Redesign Counseling Hub, you will provide a listening ear and implement strategies designed to empower clients in their journey toward improved mental health. This role offers the opportunity to work with numerous populations, thus broadening your knowledge and experience in varied therapeutic contexts.

• A valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Oregon.
• A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• Possess a solid understanding of therapeutic theories, assessment tools, and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective client interaction.

A minimum of two years of direct experience providing telehealth services is required, ideally in a counseling or clinical setting. Familiarity with online therapy platforms and digital documentation systems will give you an advantage. Experience in a remote work environment is also valuable as the ability to engage with clients without face-to-face contact is essential.
