• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status and cultural needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, ensuring that they align with clients' identified goals and preferences.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused strategies.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver high-quality virtual therapy, ensuring clients feel connected and supported regardless of distance.
• Provide timely and effective crisis intervention services when necessary, demonstrating a strong sense of judgment and responsiveness.
• Engage in ongoing professional development initiatives to stay current with evolving mental health practices, incorporating the latest research and therapy techniques into practice.

Our client population comprises a diverse range of individuals experiencing various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use challenges. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, vital for establishing rapport with clients.
• Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' diverse experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential for managing a dynamic caseload effectively.
• No history of disciplinary actions on any professional boards.

• Previous experience working with a diverse clientele in various mental health settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and techniques to enhance virtual client engagement.
• Experience in developing treatment plans that incorporate trauma-informed care practices.
