Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct direct clinical assessments of clients experiencing symptoms related to major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to establish care goals and strategies, ensuring that all team members are aligned in their approach to client care.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring seamless access to linked services.
