Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought to provide telespeech and teletherapy services for a K-12 district-wide program. This contract position offers the opportunity to deliver specialized therapy to students across all grade levels using remote platforms.
Location: Bronson, MI (remote services)
Duration: August 24, 2026 – June 4, 2027
Schedule: 35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech-language evaluations and therapy sessions for students in grades K through 12.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents.
- Utilize teletherapy techniques to effectively engage students and meet their communication goals.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records following district and state guidelines.
- Communicate regularly with school staff and families to support student success.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist licensure.
- Experience delivering remote speech therapy services in a virtual school setting.
- Strong knowledge of teletherapy best practices and technology platforms.
- Ability to engage and motivate students across a wide age range.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
