Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Group Therapy Sessions: Facilitate supportive and engaging group sessions for clients, fostering a safe environment for sharing, learning, and personal growth.
• Provide Individual Therapy: Offer tailored counseling to each client, helping them explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to develop coping strategies.
• Collaborate on Treatment Planning: Work with clients to design actionable, individualized treatment plans focused on their unique needs and goals.
• Monitor Client Progress: Assess clients regularly through various evaluation tools to track their development, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members, sharing insights and collaborating on complex cases to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who seek help through our outpatient treatment programs. Our clients often deal with a variety of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and relational issues. Your role will be crucial in guiding them toward recovery, helping them to achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in mental health treatment methodologies.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices in a clinical setting are highly desirable. Applicants should have a background in telehealth practices, offering a seamless client experience across virtual platforms.
