• Conduct comprehensive assessments and therapeutic interventions for a diverse range of clients using effective evidence-based modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress reports, ensuring clear communication and compliance with organizational standards.
• Facilitate weekly therapy sessions via video conferencing tools, allowing clients the comfort and convenience of receiving care from their own homes.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within our network to share insights, best practices, and develop innovative approaches tailored to client needs.

Your role will involve working with a varied client population comprised of adults seeking support for a multitude of mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your primary focus will be on building a therapeutic alliance with clients, guiding them through personalized treatment plans, and helping foster sustainable emotional health measures.

• Master’s level degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy from a regionally accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy and counseling services to adults.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, with emphasis on CBT and related approaches.

• Strong ethical standards with a clean disciplinary record with no violations against any licensing board.
