• Provide high-quality individualized and couples therapy to clients across varying age groups, addressing a range of clinical presentations.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, utilizing our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Become proficient in scheduling ongoing appointments, ensuring an organized calendar that accommodates both client needs and personal working hours.
• Engage with our billing service for managing claims, client accounts, benefit eligibility checks, and creating payment plans, minimizing the administrative burden on therapists.

Our therapeutic focus embraces a diverse clientele, including individuals with varying levels of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. We strongly believe in culturally competent care and welcome therapists who are sensitive to the diverse backgrounds and experiences of their clients. The successful candidate will be adept at fostering a supportive environment that encourages clients to express their concerns openly.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology and a current license to practice independently as an LCSW in Texas.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism, therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competence.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively, ensuring client sessions and documentation are handled promptly.
• Must commit to working a minimum of 20-25 hours a week with availability for at least two evenings per week.

• Experience in couples therapy is highly desirable, with a preference for candidates who have significant training or experience in this area.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining up-to-date therapeutic skills aligned with current best practices.

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional bonuses may be available based on performance. Our therapists are classified as W2 employees, allowing for competitive compensation that reflects the value we place on their contributions. Benefits include:
