Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Only)
Position: 1099 Contractor
Compensation: 100% Commission Only

Hours: Minimum 900 calls a week

We’re Not Looking for Average. We’re Building an Elite Setter Team

This is not for the unmotivated, the excuse-makers, or anyone who thinks “full-time” means part-time effort.

We’re assembling a high-output, cold-calling appointment setting force where the top 10% pull in life-changing weekly income and everyone else gets left behind.

We provide:

  • The predictive dialer, the data, the script, and the system.
  • You bring the grit, the pace, and the ability to stack sits daily.

The Role

You will cold call homeowners using our predictive dialer, qualify them for solar, and set appointments for our closers.


Every deal closed pays $100/kw a lucrative commission when deals close (and they close 72% of the time).

What Top Performers Are Doing

Brand-new hires in first 7 days out of training have already closed:

  • 2 deals → $3,752 commission (paid after install)
  • 1 deal → $3,131 commission (paid after install)
  • 1 deal → $2,015 commission (paid after install)

Daily Expectations (Non-Negotiable)

  • 150+ calls a day/900 a week on our predictive dialer
  • 1 appointment every 25-60 calls on average
  • Script adherence with confidence and control
  • Complete and accurate CRM tracking of all calls and appointments
  • Meet or exceed weekly KPIs to unlock bonuses and higher commission tiers
