National Sales Agent

REMOTE Position - We are seeking dynamic remote entrepreneurial-minded individuals to join our Nationwide team! You will be responsible for helping families with their individualized insurance solutions whereby driving business growth, delivering exceptional results in a fast paced environment. This role offers uncapped earnings potential and the opportunity to make a significant impact in the organization, the families you help and in the process building your family financial legacy.

The ideal candidate is a determined and ambitious individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. This is a REMOTE position that offers the opportunity to excel in a fast-paced and rewarding industry and making what you're worth if you want to only make $5K a week or over $10K+ a week is up to you and how you learn & work our system.  Looking for licensed agents or if you are not licensed we will assist in showing you how to get licensed.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Proven track record in sales, with 1-3 years of experience as a sales leader or recent Graduate

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Coachable

Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business success

Proven track record of delivering results and exceeding sales targets

Experience in remote team management and sales coaching

Proficiency in B2C sales and compensation models

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Coachable and open to feedback for continuous improvement

Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results

Determined and resilient, with a passion for building and growing a client base
