What are some common challenges faced by employees working remotely from 10 AM to 6 PM, and how can they be addressed?

Remote employees working a 10 AM to 6 PM schedule often face challenges such as maintaining clear boundaries between work and personal life, staying motivated without in-person supervision, and ensuring effective communication with team members in different locations or time zones.
