Job description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Life Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while selling life insurance products. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze client needs, and a passion for helping individuals secure their financial future.

The Insurance Agent will work remotely, engaging with clients over the phone. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate insurance products.

Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Provide information on benefits administration and assist clients with claims processing. Communicate effectively with clients in both English and other languages (bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus).

Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients. Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

Strong telemarketing skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele. Openness to obtaining a life insurance license (if not currently held). If you don't currently have a life insurance license, you may still apply and we will walk you through the licensing process to obtain one.
