Responsibilities

As a Carpenter, you will contribute to a wide range of residential remodeling activities. Your duties will include:

  • Framing walls, floors, and roofs per plan and code
  • Drywall patching and minor drywall installation
  • Paint touch-ups and final finish corrections
  • Completing general punch list items with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Installing doors, trim, hardware, and cabinetry
  • Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
  • Coordinating with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to meet project goals
  • Ensuring job site cleanliness and safety at all times
  • Communicating clearly with team members and clients

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of professional framing experience in residential construction
  • Solid experience with drywall repairs, paint touch-ups, and general finish carpentry
  • Familiarity with standard construction tools and safety practices
  • Ability to work from construction drawings and follow scope direction independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing site conditions
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and basic hand tools required
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
