Lakeview Village is a continuing care retirement community that provides all levels of living -- from independent living to long-term nursing care -- for older adults. We have an opening for a Remodeler.
The Remodeler provides assistance in the renovation of apartments for new residents who are moving to Lakeview Village and residents who are relocating to a different area of campus. Additional responsibilities include maintaining existing buildings at a standard our residents deserve and have come to expect.

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications & skills:
  • Assist in the layout and frame walls
  • Assist with drywall hanging/finishing
  • Assist in Electrical layout and wiring
  • Assist in Plumbing layout and installation
  • Assist with painting and nail hole repairs, caulking etc.
  • Assist in hanging of cabinetry
  • Assist in finishing of woodwork
  • Assist with trim carpentry work
  • GED or High School Graduation preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in this field or a similar field.
  • Possesses an empathetic approach to the elderly.
  • Able to work in a team setting with residents, relatives, staff, and others.
