POSITION SUMMARY:

The part-time Maintenance Technician supports the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of Everabode Property Management’s manufactured housing communities. This role focuses on completing routine repairs, responding to service requests, assisting with home readiness, and helping maintain clean, safe, and well-presented communities. This position is ideal for a hands-on team member who takes pride in quality work and resident service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance & Repairs

  • Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
  • Respond to routine maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience & Knowledge

  • General knowledge of maintenance trades including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • This is a part-time position, typically 20–25 hours per week.
  • This position is primarily on-site at assigned communities in KS.
