We are a high-end construction company in south Florida and We are seeking an Office Administrator-Permit coordinator to join our Great Atmosphere Office and Staff, you will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

8:00am-5:00pm monday thru Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist Clients.
  • Answer Phone calls & Emails
  • Scheduling Estimates
  • Prepare permit packages for submittal to municipalities to include Drawings, product approvals, revisions etc., and follow up with the status
  • Update data base regarding permit status
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Update permit status in system
  • Updating software daily for customer to keep track of there project progress
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience Professional in administrative office duties or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Positive and Friendly Personality
  • Familiar with permit documents In South Florida
    • Able to accurately answer questions and resolve problems independatly
  • Skilled in various Office software Programs
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Buildertrend Software a plus
  • Highest level of accuracy is a MUST

Experience Necessary

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant experience
  • General permit processing, procedures, and requirements for South Florida building departments
  • Microsoft Proficient
