Lead Service Technician –  High-Quality Residential Remodeling & Carpentry with My Handyman

Job Overview:

You will serve as a vital craftsperson, delivering top-tier interior repairs and custom remodeling projects across local homes and businesses. Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience across construction trades and interior/exterior remodeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in carpentry, drywall, painting, window, door, and siding installations.
  • Functional field expertise in basic electrical, flooring, and plumbing applications.
  • Ownership of personal, professional-grade tools covering all core aspects of general remodeling.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate company service body vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
  • Demonstrated track record in residential job estimating and client consultation.
  • Previous experience mentoring helper or apprentice technicians on active job sites.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly pay ranging from $30.00 to $45.00 per hour based on expertise.
