Remodel Associates are retail employees who specialize in updating, renovating, or resetting store layouts according to new plans or seasonal changes. Their duties often include moving shelves and fixtures, stocking new merchandise, assembling displays, and ensuring the store is clean and organized during remodels. Remodel Associates work as part of a team, often during non-business hours to minimize disruption to shoppers. They play a crucial role in keeping stores fresh, appealing, and aligned with brand standards.

Adapting quickly to changing project priorities and handling physical tasks such as moving fixtures or installing displays are also common aspects. Team collaboration and problem-solving skills are essential to overcoming these day-to-day challenges and ensuring project deadlines are met.
