SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION: A person who, in addition to their nursing duties, plans, directs, monitors, and coordinates the activities of a diverse group of nurses, licensed practical nurses, paraprofessional staff, and trainees. Practice permit: Must have a practice permit from the OIIQ. Up-to-date training: CPR and PDSB training are up to date. Experience: Possess at least one year of relevant experience, including a minimum of one year in a short-term care setting or two years in active geriatrics, as well as at least one year in a long-term care facility. Customer focus: Being customer-centric, embodying our values of humanity, safety, organization and dynamism. Interpersonal skills: The ability to analyze situations, make relevant judgments, and establish positive and stimulating interpersonal relationships. Leadership: Demonstrate leadership and organizational skills. Languages: Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required; English is an asset. Computer skills: Have a practical knowledge of computer tools.
