About the Facility:
Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) inWinfield, ALknown for providing high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have access to strong clinical leadership, mentorship, and a supportive environment where your professional growth is encouraged.
Compensation & Benefits:

  • Estimated rate range. $35-50/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location
  • Full benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
  • PTO & Paid Holidays
  • Some positions offer a sign-on bonus or relocation
Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Document patient progress using EMR systems
  • Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care
  • Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • CurrentAL SLP license(or eligibility)
  • CCC-SLP preferred, but CFs will be considered when supervision is available
  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
