Health & Safety Manager (Relocation to Cornwall Required)

We are currently seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join a well-established manufacturing operation based in Cornwall, Ontario. This is a key leadership role where you will take ownership of health, safety, and compliance across a busy production environment, ensuring best-in-class safety standards are maintained and continuously improved.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and maintaining full Health & Safety programs across a manufacturing site
  • Ensuring compliance with all provincial and federal regulations
  • Working closely with operations and leadership teams to drive a strong safety culture
  • Managing incident investigations, reporting, and corrective actions
  • Engaging with union representatives and supporting a collaborative workplace approach
  • Driving continuous improvement in safety systems and practices
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–7 years of Health & Safety experience in a manufacturing environment
