Build Momentum. Capture Markets. Make Your Mark.

The Antelco Group, comprising Antelco Corporation and Dawn Industries, is a global leader in irrigation and water management solutions. United by a commitment to innovation, quality, and customer success, the Group helps water professionals save time and money through reliable, high-performance products. With more than 40 years of industry experience through Dawn Industries, combined with Antelco's global expertise, manufacturing strength, and market leadership, the Antelco Group delivers advanced solutions that support efficient and sustainable water management worldwide.

As we accelerate our expansion across the United States, we’re seeking an ambitious and commercially driven General Manager to lead our next phase of growth. You will oversee all aspects of the USA business—from manufacturing through to supply chain, service, sales, and distribution—ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality delivery across all functions.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach to execution. You’ll take ownership of market expansion, revenue growth, customer engagement, and overall business performance, translating ambitious goals into measurable commercial success.

Working across sales, marketing, operations, and customer relationships, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening our market presence, identifying new opportunities, and building a high-performing business capable of sustained growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Fiscal responsibility for Antelco Group’s USA businesses including sales performance, expense control and profitability
  • With the advice and consultation from the Group GM in Australia, administer the policies of the USA Business units
  • In collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Manager, cultivate high-value relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts, and mentor the sales team to secure and scale new business partnerships
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to refine strategy
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high performing team

About you

You’re an astute, energetic, results-oriented professional who knows how to balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution. In addition, you can demonstrate:

  • Proven leadership of a manufacturing or industrial business, ideally from within the water, irrigation or agriculture sectors
  • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and market expansion
  • Experience working with distributors and managing key customer relationships
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • The ability to undertake regular, national travel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

This role will be based in Denver, Colorado – a relocation assistance package can be negotiated for a person looking to relocate to the Denver area.
