$280,000 – $300,000 per year | Denver, CO | On‑site | Permanent

Compensation & Schedule

$20,000 sign‑on bonus, relocation bonus available, annual bonus, Monday‑Friday schedule, no weekends, no on‑call, full benefits, and work/life balance.

Job Details

Center Medical Director / Physician (M.D./DO)

Monday‑Friday (8 am – 5 pm). No weekends, no on‑call.

The Center Medical Director will provide administrative oversight and direct patient care in a 60/40 split.

Qualifications
  • M.D. or D.O. required
  • Board certification in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and/or Orthopedics required
  • Experience in occupational medicine, industrial medicine, preventive medicine, and/or workers’ compensation
  • Current DEA licensure
  • BLS certification
  • FMCSA certification for DOT exams (within 60 days of hire)
  • Active Colorado medical license in good standing
