Preschool Lead Teacher (Children aged 1-5)
At WPUMC Preschool, children are encouraged to develop at their own pace in a nurturing environment supported by a team of dedicated teachers. The program enhances children's emotional, social, intellectual and physical development and provides the foundation for a lifelong love of learning.
We are looking for fun and energetic teachers!
Teacher daily duties include:
  • Meeting the individual needs of the children
  • Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning
  • Presenting expectations that are appropriate to the child's age and developmental level
  • Planning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills
  • Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff
  • Building teamwork
  • Using assessment tools
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
