Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in finding residential and commercial rental properties.
  • Provide expert advice on rental agreements, pricing strategy, and the rental process.

  • Conduct property showings, communicate with landlords, and negotiate lease terms on behalf of clients.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, property laws, and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Must be licensed with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) and a member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) in good standing.
