What Youll Be Doing

  • Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing Ford vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Performing advanced diagnostics, including electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, diesel, and mechanical concerns
  • Completing warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently
  • Using Ford diagnostic tools, repair procedures, and service information
  • Inspecting vehicles and recommending required maintenance or repairs
  • Assisting Service Advisors with repair estimates and technical recommendations
  • Prepping, disassembling, and reassembling vehicles as required
  • Maintaining accurate repair documentation and inspection notes
  • Supporting apprentices or junior technicians when needed
  • Delivering quality workmanship and helping create a great customer experience


A Great Attitude Will Get You 90% There. For the Rest, Were Looking For:

  • Ford Master Technician certification required
  • Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician certification preferred
  • Strong Ford product knowledge and diagnostic experience
  • Experience with Ford warranty repairs and manufacturer processes
  • Strong electrical, drivability, and mechanical diagnostic skills
  • Ability to provide your own tools
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and excellence
  • Dedication to customer service and doing the job right
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset
  • Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers Licence required upon employment
