  • Supervise, direct, and coordinate all sub‑trades and suppliers, ensuring quality, productivity, schedule adherence, and site safety expectations are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with Health & Safety representatives in the administration of COR™ protocols, maintaining strong working knowledge of site safety requirements and actively identifying and addressing safety risks.
  • Assist management in planning, organizing, and controlling construction activities, including identifying constructability challenges, schedule risks, and coordination issues and collaborating with the Project Manager to resolve them.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to colleagues, including fellow Superintendents and site staff, fostering teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, inspectors, and local sub‑trades, representing LAURIN with the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct within the construction community.
  • Attend and participate in site meetings, inspections, and coordination sessions, ensuring timely and effective communication of site progress, issues, and priorities.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as directed by the Vice President or senior management.
