Position Summary
Crescent Constructors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of water and wastewater construction projects. This position is responsible for overall project performance, including safety, schedule, cost control, quality, and client satisfaction. The Project Manager works closely with field leadership, engineers, owners, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed in accordance with contract requirements and Crescent's standards of excellence.
What You'll Do
  • Manage all aspects of water and wastewater construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections
  • Coordinate closely with superintendents, field engineers, and project staff to ensure efficient execution of work
  • Ensure compliance with safety programs, environmental regulations, and company policies
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performance
  • Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications
  • Monitor project costs, production, and progress and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Communicate effectively with owners, engineers, inspectors, and internal stakeholders
  • Lead project meetings, including progress, coordination, and owner meetings
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Support workforce development through mentoring and leadership of project teams
  • Ensure proper documentation, recordkeeping, and successful project closeout

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of heavy civil construction experience, with significant experience on water and wastewater projects
  • Proven experience managing medium to large water and wastewater projects
  • Strong understanding of treatment plant construction, pump stations, underground utilities, and related infrastructure
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word
  • Experience with project management and cost control systems preferred
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams
  • Must be capable, licensed, and approved to drive a company vehicle to job sites and offices
