  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, cooking methods and presentation standards.

  • Create Training program to be used by staff and to be used in future restaurants.
  • Implement and uphold quality control measures for all food items served.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to avoid shortages or excess waste.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with chefs and management to plan menus and update recipes incorporating seasonal ingredients to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cost control by managing budget, minimizing waste, and optimizing labor efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team performance.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods as well as catering events.
