Location: Must reside near one of our current locations for training purposes; relocation to any of our centers is required upon placement as a General Manager.

Overview: Are you an experienced leader looking to take the next step in your career within the trades industry? Our General Manager - Management Trainee Program is designed for seasoned professionals with at least 5 years of management experience—whether from HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other service-oriented industries—who are ready to lead high-performing teams and drive growth across our expanding network of home services locations. This structured training program prepares candidates to assume the role of General Manager in one of our branches, with placement based on company needs. Candidates must be willing to relocate upon completion of training.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on operations, finance, customer service, sales strategy, and team leadership in the home services industry.
  • Shadow experienced leaders and take on increasing responsibility across key business functions.
  • Learn to manage and optimize branch-level P&L, hiring and team development, customer satisfaction, and performance metrics.
  • Lead by example to build a culture of accountability, excellence, and safety.
  • Prepare to take full operational leadership of a branch as a General Manager upon successful completion of the training program.



Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role; experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a proven ability to manage technicians or service teams.
  • Business acumen with familiarity in budgeting, forecasting, and performance-based management.

  • Must reside near one of our existing locations for the duration of the training program (location list provided upon application).



The physical requirements of this job include:
