  • Strong command of ITIL incident, problem, and change enablement practices. Experienced in managing upgrade cycles specifically for S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.
  • Excellent at stakeholder management, vendor governance, and professional communication.
The Ideal Candidate is a seasoned leader who has seen SAP projects through from start to finish, including the "live" portion and daily operations. We are looking for a collaborative professional who is not a "job hopper" but rather someone seeking a long-term role where they can build a function from the ground up. While you do not need to be a technical subject matter expert in every module, a strong general understanding of S/4HANA and the ability to document complex workflows and processes is essential. A personality that thrives in a collaborative, employee-owned culture is the biggest factor for success in this role. Why Join the Team?As a co-owner in this employee-owned company, you will participate in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and a 401k plan.
