Job Summary:
St. Mary's Regional Medical Center Family Medicine in Maine is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Care Physicians to join our expanding team. We are part of an integrated medical system comprising a 233-bed acute care community hospital, a group of primary care and specialty providers, urgent care and emergency department services, extensive behavioral and mental health facilities, and outpatient specialty practices. If you are passionate about providing exceptional care to patients in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.
Opportunity Highlights:
• Full-time position with a 4-day clinic work week, totaling 32 patient contact hours per week.
• Flexible scheduling and remote capabilities for administrative tasks.
• Reasonable expectation of patient volume, with a one-year ramp-up period. Minimum outpatient only call with after-hours nurse triage.
• Work alongside caring and experienced support staff, making a meaningful impact on the health of the community. Industry standard staffing ratios that meet or exceed ratios driven by MGMA national and regional data.
