  • ย The ideal candidate will support global mobility and HR operations by coordinating relocation and immigration activities, managing vendor relationships, driving HR process improvements, and providing stakeholder support in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2โ€“5 years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Experience supporting global mobility, relocation, or immigration processes preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems such as PeopleSoft or Taleo.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR function within a global corporation or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing HR projects, vendor coordination, and mobility processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess domestic and international mobility needs and coordinate with third-party vendors for relocation support.
  • Provide cost estimates, communicate relocation packages, and guide employees through mobility processes.
  • Evaluate complex mobility and immigration issues and recommend solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement HR process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct process gap analysis, benchmarking, and research to support operational improvements.
