Pay Range: $40.78hr - $44.78hr
- ย The ideal candidate will support global mobility and HR operations by coordinating relocation and immigration activities, managing vendor relationships, driving HR process improvements, and providing stakeholder support in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2โ5 years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience supporting global mobility, relocation, or immigration processes preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems such as PeopleSoft or Taleo.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in an HR function within a global corporation or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing HR projects, vendor coordination, and mobility processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess domestic and international mobility needs and coordinate with third-party vendors for relocation support.
- Provide cost estimates, communicate relocation packages, and guide employees through mobility processes.
- Evaluate complex mobility and immigration issues and recommend solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement HR process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct process gap analysis, benchmarking, and research to support operational improvements.
- Manage vendor services and ensure compliance with service level expectations.
- Develop training materials and content related to global mobility processes.
- Support HR operations and other related activities as assigned.
Should Have:
- Experience with mobility and immigration programs.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and corporate policies.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and inter-departmental teams.
- Strong customer service and consultative skills.

Qualification And Education:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources or related field required.
