Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Adults Services Social Worker to join Wiltshire Council's Community Team for its client. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive local authority, helping adults achieve positive outcomes and maintain their independence.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you'll undertake assessments, develop and review care packages and support plans, and manage a large and complex caseload. You'll work closely with service users, families, and partner agencies, while also providing professional support and supervision to colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

  • Social Work Degree or equivalent
  • Relevant professional qualification and registration
  • Experience within Adult Social Care
  • Strong assessment, care planning, and case management skills
  • Good IT skills, including experience with electronic case management systems
