Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Billing Coordinator to join our team in Columbus, OH. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment and takes pride in accuracy, follow-through, and financial integrity.
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate billing, timely payment processing, and effective communication with insurance providers and patients.
Key Responsibilities
Billing & Collections
  • Log payments from insurance companies and patients, maintaining accurate financial records
  • Submit insurance claims and process billing data efficiently
  • Verify insurance benefits for new and existing clients
  • Follow up on delinquent payments and resolve denial instances
  • File appeals as needed to ensure proper reimbursement

Administrative Support
