Job Description
This unique position commands top level compensation and is being offered to a very few select LVNs. If you are a highly motivated, compassionate individual who is looking for an opportunity to help a variety of patients, and utilize your diverse skill set, we would love an opportunity to speak with you. This job requires a great amount of flexibility. An LVN who is willing to travel within the assigned area and work with variety of patients.

LVN Responsibilities
  • Compassionate and caring person to work one-on-one with patient(s) in home setting
  • Flexibility to accommodate variety of shifts care schedules for various patients
  • Mobility to cover various locations within the Los Angeles area
  • Effective communication skills
  • Administer medications, treatments, etc. as directed
  • Communicates effectively with RN Case Manager, office personnel and physicians (as applicable)
  • Submits all required documentation in a timely manner
  • Shift duration is 8 hours, working one on one with a patients

LVN QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Licensed vocational nurse with one-year minimum experience
  • Ventilator experience
  • Pediatric and adult experience
  • Tracheostomy experience
  • G-tube experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Very flexible to work a variety of shift times
  • CPR
  • TB test and Physical
