Senior Business Analyst
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Hybrid)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a position in downtown Milwaukee. The role involves in-depth analysis of specific business areas to define and implement technology-driven solutions for business results. You will work on a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers, and subject matter experts in an agile environment to achieve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide deep expertise in at least one business area or domain and articulate this knowledge at the department level.
  • Independently assess and document the current state across multiple processes and business areas, while mentoring other Business Analysts.
  • Think strategically to understand business drivers and define "target state" solutions.
  • Lead requirements gathering for larger efforts across multiple business domains.
  • Author user stories and features of medium to high complexity, sometimes across multiple teams.
  • Support solution delivery by coordinating and facilitating business test planning and execution.
  • Work independently and potentially coordinate work for others, providing mentorship.
  • Use advanced project management skills to lead and complete work.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 4-5 years of prior experience in business analysis. Domain expertise from previous roles and a deep familiarity with agile and scrum development environments.
