Are you a Project Manager with experience across industrial piping, plumbing, pumps or process systems? Are you looking to join a business where people genuinely build long-term careers, with employee ownership, strong leadership development and the opportunity to become a key technical figure within the team?

This company has been established for more than 70 years and has built an outstanding reputation across Virginia through long-standing customer relationships, technical expertise and consistently delivering complex projects. • 401(k) with 3% Company Match
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
  • ESOP fully vested after 5 years
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance
