Head Miller II
Role Overview:
The Head Miller II is responsible for leading operations at high complexity milling facilities that handle multiple wheat classes and produce a broad portfolio of base and specialty flours. In most cases, the Head Miller II leads milling operations independently, without additional managerial support from a Senior Head Miller or Head Miller. You will oversee the full scope of milling operations-including production, maintenance, sanitation, and team development-while upholding Ardent Mills' standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. You will be a key driver of continuous improvement and operational excellence, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a high-performance culture. As a visible leader, you will play a critical role in positioning Ardent Mills as the flour supplier of choice in your region.

We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate's unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $112,600.00 - $138,300.00, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved. While the specific bonus plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions, the targeted bonus plan and targeted percentage amount for this role is Bonus - OIP, 15% Annual.Benefits:
