Overview

Tutulu LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the Space Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO) liaison to US Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) position and to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.

The top candidate shall serve as the daily interface between USINDOPACOM and SpRCO. The position will be part of the SpRCO's Operations Transition Branch which is charged with the successful transition of SpRCO programs into operations. Access to unclassified, classified IT systems and office space will be provided by USINDOPACOM.

The top candidate shall interface between SpRCO and USINDOPACOM to facilitate and optimize operational community engagements with the SpRCO program teams and the Operations Transition Branch. The candidate supports SpRCO and the USINDOPACOM Staff to facilitate and optimize program development and transition into operations.ย  The candidate will manage internal and external communications to capture functional and technical program requirements to meet current and emerging warfighter needs.ย  The candidate will also work to align organizational strategies with government policies/regulations and legislative requirements.

Requirements

Skills and Experience required:

  • 12-15 Years of Space Operations or Space Acquisition experience
  • 15+ years of relevant DOD experience with no less than 5 years' experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility
  • May be required to consent to and successfully complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph
  • Strong skills in communicating system capability developments, technical requirements, and operational applicability
  • Principal interface between SpRCO and USINDOPACOM
  • Facilitate Operations Transition Branch functions at USINDOPACOM as directed by the Operations Transition Branch Chief to include Basing, Manpower, CONOPS and Concept Documents, Training, Test & Evaluation, and Security
  • Develop, articulate, and advocate USINDOPACOM requirements back into SpRCO programs
  • Participate in relevant staff meetings at USINDOPACOM and SpRCO
  • Produce monthly status reports regarding on-going and up-coming events
  • Coordinate with USINDOPACOM Requirements Leads to inform SpRCO programs of needed support
  • Coordinate and interact with USINDOPACOM leadership as needed to provide updates and requests for support
  • Provide recommendations to senior leadership to help ensure mission success
  • Coordinates with multiple partners/agencies to ensure support to delivery milestones
  • Must be willing to relocate or be in Oahu HI.ย 

Education/Certifications:

Master's degree (MA/MS/ME)

Relevant work experience/training certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree

Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Requirements Management (Level A & B) Certification is desired

PMP Certification Preferred

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.
