Job description

Dental Health Associates of Madison, WI has a full-time associate dentist position available.

Dental Health Associates has been a trusted part of the Madison community for over 55 years, providing a stable and supportive environment for our dentists. As a 100% locally owned practice, we are led by practicing dentists who prioritize patient care and uphold the highest standards of dentistry. Unlike privately equity-backed or corporate-owned practices, we are independently owned by our doctors, allowing us to focus on what's best for our patients and team. This approach has helped us grow both in staffing and our footprint in the Madison area.

We currently have one full-time associate opening available. As an associate, you will have the independence to manage your own practice while being supported by over 30 experienced dentists and specialists. Our dedicated administrative team will handle the details, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional care to your patients. We also offer a clear path to partnership, providing you with the opportunity to share in the ownership of the practice as you grow with us.

We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and skilled dentist. The ideal candidate will have completed a residency or have several years of experience and a broad clinical skillset. While the role will be busy from day one, you will have flexibility in your schedule and the freedom to practice in a way that fits your strengths.

Compensation is based on experience, with a competitive starting salary. Motivated candidates on production-based compensation will find their earning potential to far exceed national averages. Additional benefits include 401k with profit sharing, health/disability/life/malpractice insurance, vacation, CE allowance, and more.

If you are ready to take the next step in your career with a practice that values growth, autonomy, and patient care, we look forward to hearing from you. All discussions are confidential. You can apply directly at www.dhamadison.com/associate-dentist-dental-partnership
