COMPENSATION:$30.27 $40.86 / hour(minimum to midpoint pay rate)
COMPENSATION (UP TO):Earn up to$55/hr (Critical Care)/ up to$50/hr (non-critical care)(based on years of RN experience)
INCENTIVES:$12,000 $15,000+relocation package

Are you a passionate RN ready to make a difference? Were seeking dedicated nurses to join our team in sunnyFort Myers & Cape Coral, FL. This role is responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Performs responsibilities across five areas of nursing practice utilizing critical thinking, management, problem solving and differentiation of urgency in the role of: clinician, teacher, researcher, leadership and professional development. Directs and coordinates nursing care based on established clinical nursing practice standards (ANA), in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory standards. Collaborates with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient care delivery and achievement of desired outcomes. Incorporates age and cultural diversity into care, and contributes to quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education:Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; Associates or Bachelors preferred
  • Experience:RN with1+ yearof current experience required
    • Qualified individuals will successfully complete the competency assessment

  • Certifications:AHA Healthcare ProviderBLS(current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date; may vary by department)
