Job description

We are partnering with a Naples, Florida law firm to add an attorney to their commercial litigation team. If you have 4 or more years of experience in business litigation, commercial litigation, contracts, construction litigation, lien law and some trial, contact us as soon as possible to hear more about this Associate Attorney position.

Court room experience and a Florida Bar license, in good standing, required. A background in business is preferred.

We are seeking an attorney who can - Associate Attorney
  • Hit the ground running and handle litigation matters from inception to court to successful conclusion, including trial
  • Work onsite autonomously and in a close-knit team environment, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance
  • Motivated to maintain 150/billable billable monthly, with rewards for overage
  • Create exceptional client relationships in handling their legal matters
  • Try a case in court, take depositions, handle discovery, perform legal research, and manage litigation cases in an efficient manner
  • Be self-motivated and willing to think outside of existing and obvious legal arguments
  • Negotiate for the best outcomes for our valued clients, including and up to litigation and trial
